Filtered (V60)
To enhance the sweetness (caramel/dulce de leche) and balance the lively acidity (apple soda), we will look for a high extraction with a slightly lower water temperature to soften the "punch" of the acidity.
Ratio: 1:15.5 (16 g of coffee per 248 g of water)
Grind: Medium-coarse
Water: 91 C

0:00 - 0:40 Pour 40 g for blooming (pre-infusion).
0:40 - 1:10 Pour up to 100g (add 60g).
1:10 - 1:40 Pour without turbulence up to 160 g (add 60 g).
1:40 - 2:10 Pour without turbulence up to 220g (add 60g).
2:10 - 2:30 Pour without turbulence up to 248 g (add 28 g).
Total duration approximately 2:30 minutes.
