Finca Lugmapata is located in Chimborazo, Ecuador, between 1,650 and 2,000 meters above sea level. Since 2012, the Merino family has cultivated specialty coffee, with varieties such as Bourbon Sidra and Typica Mejorado. They have won awards such as the Golden Cup and the Cup of Excellence. Their coffee is distinguished by its fruity and floral flavors. They also support local farmers with training and seedlings.

- Blooming: 30 ml · 0:00–0:30
- Pour 1: +70 ml up to 100 ml · 0:30–1:15
- Pour 2: +70 ml up to 170 ml · 1:15–1:45
- Pour 3: +70 ml up to 240 ml · 1:45–2:15
We use initial agitation to quickly extract the malic acidity of this origin. Then, we use gentle pours to avoid bitterness. As it's a medium roast coffee, we control the agitation to preserve clarity and balance.
