Grinding: coarse medium - 1200µ0:00 - 0:40: Pour 40 g for blooming (pre-infusion).
0:40 - 1:10: Pour up to 150g (add 110g).
1:10 - 2:10: Pour gently up to 250g (add 100g).
2:10 - 3:15: Pour gently up to 300–320 g (add 50–70 g).
