Moka Pot Brew Guide

STEP 1
Unscrew your Moka Pot, remove the filter and fill the container
from below with water up to the height of the valve.

Grind your coffee finely (between the coarseness of salt and sugar),
distribute it evenly inside the filter.

Screw your Moka Pot on and place it on
the stove at medium temperature.

STEP 4
You must be aware of the moment when it begins to be extracted.
The recommended amount of coffee should be in accordance with the size of your
Pot and according to your taste. Just see the amount of coffee
you want, remove it from the stove immediately.
In a short extraction you will have more acidity and a body
heavier. In a long extraction you will have less acidity,
More bitterness and a lighter body. A good Moka Pot coffee
It should show good body and balance between acidity and bitterness.
