Our Huma O'Clock ice cream is now a reality! We're thrilled and happy to tell you about our extraordinary collaboration with Encantería Helados .

It all began a long time ago when our founders Mario Idrovo and Juan Begué visited the Encantería Helados plant and, of course, were delighted to see the entire process of making each ice cream with the finest ingredients; the work and passion of its founder Gabriela Aguirre, a very admirable entrepreneur who started from scratch, experimenting with a homemade machine to create extraordinary ice creams for herself and her family. Gabriela, who comes from the advertising industry, began making her own ice cream because she couldn't find one that delighted her, one that wasn't made with artificial flavors. After much trial and error, the entrepreneur managed to make one that received the motivating words from her husband: "Gaby, this is for sale!"

Gabriela took her business very professionally and has trained in Italy and the U.S., acquiring new knowledge and techniques to provide delicious ice cream to the people of Guayaquil. So, after that visit, Juan and Mario suggested Gabriela make an ice cream with Huma Culture specialty coffee. A truly irresistible ice cream for all coffee lovers.

Huma O'Clock is made with an enveloping profile of our Huma Pro Blend , accompanied by dense and powerful cubes of 75% cacao salted chocolate ganache, finished with a fluffy ribbon of amaretto marshmallow fluff and sweet almond notes. Phew, it's impossible not to crave it!

Our ice cream is now available for purchase at several locations in Guayaquil, on the Super Easy app, and you can also order it directly from the Encantería Helados Instagram account. What are you waiting for to try it?
